We are looking for an energetic, positive, dependable person to be responsible for providing costumer service in a growing professional firm.
Responsibilities:
-Professionally responds to telephone calls, emails, and web-based requests from clients.
-Contribute to support efforts to promptly identify, analyze and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with customer satisfaction and production in mind.
-Act as a liaison between customers and product team to ensure completion
-Continuously strive to improve the quality of customer service and customer loyalty
Qualifications:
-Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
-Self-starter who can work effectively in a fast-paced and fluid environment
-Ability to multitask with excellent organization and follow-through
-Experience using or supporting web applications
-Strong computer and Internet skills required with Word, Excel.
